At fent.solutions, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality software. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

  • The software is not working as intended (e.g., major bugs, crashing, failure to load or inject).
  • You contacted our support and followed troubleshooting steps, but the issue could not be resolved.
  • The license key was not used, or was only briefly activated while experiencing issues.

If everything is working as described and you simply changed your mind, we do not offer refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You were banned or penalized in-game.
  • You misunderstood the product features or purchased the wrong version.
  • You attempt fraud, resell your key, or request a chargeback without contacting us.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Immediate revocation of your license
  • Permanent blacklist from all fent.solutions products and future support
  • Reporting to payment processors for fraud
